This guide collects selected resources available through the Legal Research Center (LRC) relating to advocacy skills. Litigation requires not only knowledge of the substantive law, but also a diverse skill set including oral advocacy and storytelling, persuasive writing, questioning witnesses, negotiation, and more. While practice is the only sure way to obtain these skills, the LRC has collected a number of guides and resources to help students on their journey to mastery.
