Farmworker Legal Aid provides legal representation of people who are living and working in agricultural settings across PA. Legal representation is available in a variety of matters including Worker’s Compensation, wage claims and immigration.
The AIDS Law Project provides legal assistance to all PA residents who have HIV/AIDS or who are otherwise affected by HIV/AIDS, regardless of income. To qualify, you must have HIV/AIDS, be affected by AIDS or be related to a person with AIDS.
The Center for Disability Law & Policy oversees and manages the Client Assistance Program. CAP provides assistance in a variety of legal and non-legal matters to people with disabilities. CAP provides legal assistance under Title I of the ADA for individuals who have been discriminated against in the workplace.
The Legal Center offers free legal advocacy and representation for both males and females dealing with relationship violence-related legal matters, including: Protection From Abuse (PFA), Child Custody and Child Support, Legal Options Counseling, Safety Planning, and Court Accompaniment
TURN is a tenant service and advocacy organization that promotes the human right to housing. It offers Tenant Rights Workshops, Individual Counseling, Hotline Assistance, and Tenant Union Organizing Assistance.
